About Me
Hey! I'm Nick.In the summer of 2024, after a decade working as an internal Product & Agility Coach with Fortune 500 companies, I was laid off as our entire coaching organization was disbanded. I took a bit of time to reflect, and, frankly, wasn't sure I wanted to jump back into that particular world again.See, when you're a "Product Coach" or an "Agile Coach" you wear a lot of hats. Coach is one of them, of course, but you're also an instructor, a consultant, and a mentor.Coaching is maybe 10% or 20% (if you're lucky) of how you spend your time.However... those few hours of my week I spent coaching new leaders, or product teams, was also where 80% of our great results came from.If I could have more of that, more coaching (which is always new and exciting) compared to the other stuff (which, often, isn't)... well, I figured that would be a quest worth taking.So here I am...
